Tonight’s look

OK so I am going out soon, and I decided to whip out my Urban Decay Book of Shadows, I love this palette! Some of shadows have very large glitter chunks and others have a lot of shimmer. But I don’t mind. So here is the look.

Firstly, I used Urban Decay Primer Potion as a base all over my lid, then I used Sidecar eye shadow on the inner half of my lid and around my tearduck, then used Smog on the rest of my eyelid. On the outer v I used Roach and to line my eyes on the bottom. I also, used Grifter as a highlight.

What im loving this week!

This week I am absolutely loving Mac's Fun and Games blush from the Hello Kitty Collection, I have worn this blush , every day that I have been wearing make up since I got it. The Hello kitty collection was released at the beginning march in the UK, so I have been wearing it since then. This blush is such a nice peach colour with pretty shimmer, I have never had a peach blush, this is my first one, and I love it!!! It adds a really nice glow to my cheeks.

My skin care routine

Ok, ok I will be the first to admit that my skin is far from perfect. I have oily combination skin and often break out. These are the products I use to keep my skin at bay.

Firstly, we have Herbalism cleanser, from Lush. This product gently exfoliates whilst getting rid of oil from my skin, It really balances out my skin. The smell will take some getting use to, I really did not like the smell at first, but now I don’t mind it as much. This product works best if you take a pea sized amount and add quite a bit of hot water and then mush it to a paste and rub onto my skin like a facial scrub.

Next, we have Tea Tree Water also, from Lush. I love this toner, it feels refreshing without stinging my skin or leaving it feeling tight. I use to use the Clinique toner number 3, I found that it stung my face, and left me with red veins, booo hooo. Back to the Tea Tree water, it has Tea Tree in, well duh hence the name, the Tea Tree helps cleanse, soothe and clear blemishes, which I have a lot of. It also, has Grapefruit water to tone and detoxify your skin and Juniperberry to refresh your skin.

Lastly, we have Enzymion, this moisturiser is for you, if you have oily, spotty skin. It is lovely and light but at the same time makes your skin feels soft. It is also great under make up. The Papaya in it is meant to cleanse, soothe your skin, whilst the Aloe Vera absorbs the oils naturally. It is truly a fantastic moisturiser.
